The SAHRC has opened Pandora's Box.

The South African Human Rights Commission (SAHRC) on the 27th of March 2019 opened up Pandora's Box. They came out and stated that none of the five complaints against the EFF and Julius Malema that was laid between 2016 and 2018 constitutes hate speech. This after the organisation and its leader not only sang songs about killing white people, slitting their throats and driving them into the sea but also making racist and hurtful stereotypical statements about the way Indian people treat black people.

According to the SAHRC announcement you can say that you will "slit the throat of whiteness", "Kill the Boer" and that You will "drive white people into the sea" and it's not considered hate speech. The SAHRC today has shown that it's an institution of double standards and is absolutely toothless at fighting racism and hate speech in this country.

What is also concerning is that one of the panellists came out and publicly stated that there are a different set of rules depending on the colour of your skin... if you don't believe me watch my latest video on this topic!
